Tag of Joy are dedicated to protecting the privacy rights of our users (“users” or “you”). This Privacy Notice (the “Policy”) describes the ways we collect, store, use, and manage the information, including personal information, that you provide or we collect in connection with our websites or any Tag of Joy application (called "application" or "game") provided on other websites or other third party sources (collectively, the “Service”). Our website (http://www.tagofjoy.lt) is just for parents, while our apps are designed for the whole family, including young children with parent supervision. Please note that the scope of this Policy is limited to information collected or received by Tag of Joy through your use of the Service. Tag of Joy is not responsible for the actions of third party people or companies, the content of their sites, the use of information you provide to them, or any products or services they may offer.

By using the Service, you are expressing your agreement to this Policy and the processing of your data, including your personal information, in the manner provided in this Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

What information does the Service obtain and how is it used?

There are two types of data that may be collected. The first one is called personal data. This is personally identifiable information that identifies a user as an individual. Service does not collect personal data in any of its kids’ apps without parental consent. Service may collect personal data that parents voluntarily provide on the website. The second type is non personal data which doesn’t directly identify an individual or which may have been personal information but has had the personally identifiable information removed. Service may collect non personal information about the use of the Service to help us improve our services.

Service collects personal data when a parent makes a purchase through our online store, subscribes to a newsletter or alert, submits content to a forum or blog, or requests technical support. This data may include a name (screen or nickname), gender, birth date, email address, mailing or shipping address, telephone number, and payment information. This information may be used to provide services and the sites to you, to process and fulfill your orders, to contact parents about their orders and new services and features and to send push notifications if consent to receive them has been given. If you contact us for help we will use your email address to reply to your question.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Service?

• to analytics companies as described below under the Section entitled Automatic Data Collection.

Automatic Data Collection

We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how the Service is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. To protect the anonymity of this information, we use an encryption technology to help ensure that these third parties can’t identify you personally.

What are my opt-out rights?

There are multiple opt-out options for users of this:

• Opt-out of information collection application by uninstalling the application – You can stop collection of information by the Service easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
• Opt-out of information collection via internet website, don't access the website.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Service. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

By using the Services, you are consenting to our processing of User Provided and Automatically Collection information as set forth in this Privacy Notice now and as amended by us. If you reside outside the European Union your information will be transferred to the European Union, and processed and stored there under European Union privacy standards.
